We provide mechanical engineering analysis and testimony in product liability and design defect matters. A member of our team has testified at trial, and our engineering work is grounded in designing and manufacturing the kinds of products these cases concern — not in reviewing them from the outside for the first time.
Engagements usually start with a scope conversation and an early read on whether the engineering supports the theory of the case. We would rather tell you in the first week that the evidence does not go where you hoped than write a report that will not survive cross-examination. Our analysis is independent: we report what we find, and we will decline a matter where we cannot support the position honestly.
Deliverables include failure analysis, design defect evaluation against the standards and practice in effect at the time, written expert reports, deposition testimony, and testimony at trial. Send us the materials and a scope, and we will tell you promptly whether we are the right expert and whether there is a conflict.
