Electrical Engineering Services

Circuits, boards, power, and connectivity — from schematic through prototype bring-up.

Electronics is where hardware projects most often stall. The schematic is the easy part; what takes the time is a board that passes compliance, a battery system that is safe across its whole temperature range, and firmware that talks to a phone reliably enough that a customer does not return the product.

We take electronics from requirements through schematic, layout, and prototype bring-up — the stage where the board arrives, does not work, and someone has to find out why. We design with EMI/EMC in mind from the layout rather than discovering it at a test house, because a failed compliance run is a schedule problem as much as a technical one.

Battery and charging work gets particular care. Cells are the most dangerous component in most consumer products and the one most likely to attract a recall, so protection, charge control, and thermal behaviour are treated as safety requirements, not features.

Most of this work is done in-house by our own engineers. For a few specialised areas we bring in vetted partners from our consultant network, and we tell you which is which before you commit to anything.

A short scoping conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right fit — and we will say so if we are not.
